Mikyas call Centre (CATI)
Mikyas is able to conduct quantitative surveys using a Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) method through our call centre in Tripoli. Mikyas has the ability to randomly dial any number across mobile networks in Libya. Given the kinetic and unpredictable security conditions in different parts of Libya, we believe that a more representative sample are achieved, and non-interruption and continuity of ongoing projects is guaranteed.
